We want you to love your Saeble Studios pieces. If your item isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

How to Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please email us at info@saeblestudios.com.au with the following details:

Your full name

Order number

Item(s) you’d like to return or exchange

Reason for the return

Once we receive your request, we’ll get back to you with next steps and return instructions.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to appear.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or style, let us know in your email. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
