Returns Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

How to Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please email us at info@saeblestudios.com with the following details:

Your full name

Order number

Item(s) you’d like to return or exchange

Reason for the return

Once we receive your request, we’ll get back to you with next steps and return instructions.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to appear.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or style, let us know in your email. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

Frequently Asked Questions

We offer free Australian wide shipping on orders over $200. If your order is under this threshold, it will be a flat rate of $10.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging with tags still attached as we can't accept returns if the tags aren't attached.

We also offer a store credit or exchanges if you wanted to shop with us.

Please email or DM us to organise your return or store credit.

In the event that your item arrives with a manufacturing fault, please email us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Please let us know in your email a detailed description and images of the fault.
