SHIPPING POLICY


Processing Time

We aim to ship all orders within 3 business days from our studio located on the Gold Coast, Australia. Please note shipping delays may occur during new collection launches, sale periods, or around public holidays. We do not offer click & collect services.


Please ensure your delivery address and order details are correct before checking out. Once your order is placed, we are unable to make changes and cannot be held responsible for incorrect details provided at checkout.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Australia: $10 standard shipping or $15 express via Australia Post.
  • New Zealand: $15 flat rate shipping via Australia Post.
  • Rest of World: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

International orders are subject to each country’s shipping costs ~ no free shipping applies to these orders.


Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all Australian orders over $200 AUD.


Duties & Taxes
For orders outside Australia, taxes and duties may apply. These charges are determined by your local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your customs office before placing your order. Refusal to pay these charges will result in your order being returned to us and refunded, minus an $80 AUD return shipping fee.


Unfortunately for our USA customers, we are unable to cover the costs of tariffs & these may be charged to you on arrival of the parcel, please keep this in mind when ordering.


Tracking & Delivery
Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link. Please note we are not liable for parcels once they have been signed for, or if authority to leave has been given and the parcel cannot be located.

For international orders, if delivery cannot be completed and the parcel is returned to us, you will be refunded minus an $80 AUD return shipping fee.


Pre-Order Items
Pre-order purchases secure items not yet available in our warehouse. Payment is taken at the time of order, and your item will be shipped as soon as stock arrives. Please note estimated delivery dates can vary due to unforeseen delays. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your full order will be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready.

Frequently Asked Questions

We offer free Australian wide shipping on orders over $200. If your order is under this threshold, it will be a flat rate of $10.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging with tags still attached as we can't accept returns if the tags aren't attached.

We also offer a store credit or exchanges if you wanted to shop with us.

Please email or DM us to organise your return or store credit.

In the event that your item arrives with a manufacturing fault, please email us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Please let us know in your email a detailed description and images of the fault.
